Forms of Payment Accepted: Credit or Debit Card & Cash

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations after this time can result in a charge of 50% of the services booked.
Late Policy: Clients are granted a 15 minute late window. After 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled. Please contact the salon as soon as possible if you do not think you will make it to your appointment on time.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We at Birch Salon want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. We are happy to make any adjustments to your cut, color, or extensions within 7 days after your initial service. After 7 days, there may be an additional charge at the discretion of the salon owner.
Children: For safety reasons and to be respectful to other patrons of the salon, children are allowed in the salon by appointment only or if there is another adult who is not receiving a service to supervise them.
