Before you book…

Forms of Payment Accepted: Credit, Debit, and Cash

We require a card number on file to hold appointments. This information is private once entered into Vagaro. When booking, our receptionist will ask for:

  • First and Last Name

  • Card Number

  • Expiration Date

  • Security Code

  • Full Billing Address

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure our stylist the opportunity to fill the appointment time. Any appointments cancelled within the 24 hours prior to start time will result in a 50% charge of service(s) booked. If there is no-call, and no-show, it is a 100% charge for service(s) booked.

Late Policy: Clients are granted a 15-minute late window past scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, rescheduling of the appointment is required. Please call or text the salon as soon as possible if you do not think you will make it to your appointment on time. We reserve the right to enact our cancellation policy charges in conjunction with our late policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Here at Birch Salon, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. We are happy to make complementary adjustments to your cut, color, extensions, or esthetics services within 7 days after your initial service. After 7 days, there may be an additional charge at the discretion of the salon owner.
